Elite Series Chest-Supported Row
The Elite Series Chest-Supported Row is a plate-loaded rowing machine designed with a chest-supported position, adjustable handles and a long lever arm for versatile back training.
The independent handles rotate 360 degrees and can be adjusted from 12″ to 26″ wide, with seven independent positions in 1-inch increments. Medium mountain knurling provides a textured gripping surface, while the adaptive handle mount is designed to move with the handles during each repetition.
A 55 lb head weight provides the starting load before additional plates are added, with a total weight capacity of 500 lb. The adjustable J-hook allows the starting position to be set, while the spring-loaded non-slip footplate provides adjustable positioning for different users.
The machine is constructed from steel with an 11-gauge frame and features a high-density chest pad. A bottom bumper is included to help protect the flooring, while the footplate includes a large toe grip for additional footing during training.
Adjustable Rowing Setup
The footplate adjusts through a 14-inch range in 2-inch increments, while the user height range is specified at 4’11” to 6’6″. The combination of adjustable handle width, handle positions, J-hook positioning and footplate adjustment allows the machine to be configured for different training setups.
