Floor Glute & Hamstring Developer

The Floor Glute & Hamstring Developer combines multiple posterior-chain and core exercises in a compact floor-based design, including GHD sit-ups, glute-ham raises, hip extensions and GHD push-ups.

The machine features adjustable ankle and leg positions to accommodate different users. The ankle position has four adjustment settings, while the leg position provides ten settings, allowing the setup to be configured before training.

Extra-large padded surfaces provide support at the knee, back and ankle areas, while the diamond-plated footplate provides a textured surface for foot placement. Non-slip hand grips provide an additional contact point during exercises.

The steel frame features a broad base and includes wheels and hand grips for moving the machine around the training area. When not in use, the machine can be stored upright on its plate to reduce its floor footprint.

Multiple Training Options

The Floor Glute & Hamstring Developer can be used for GHD sit-ups, glute-ham raises, hip extensions and GHD push-ups. Band peg holes are also compatible with T-3 or X-3 Series Band Pegs.

Adjustable & Space-Efficient

Red anodized aluminum knobs provide the adjustment points for configuring the machine. The adjustable depth ranges from 65 to 75 inches, while the integrated wheels allow the unit to be moved for storage or repositioning.
