Gnarly Handles Landmine Attachment
The Gnarly Handles provide versatile grip options for landmine strength training, allowing you to perform exercises independently with each arm for unilateral training.
Designed to slide over an Olympic barbell sleeve, each handle provides a secure fit for landmine exercises. The handles feature three grip positions: neutral, angled, and horizontal, giving you different options for presses, rows, squats, and other movements.
A threaded stop pin helps keep the barbell in place during training, while the left- and right-handed design allows each handle to be used on its corresponding side.
The Gnarly Handles can be used for front squats, rows, Viking presses, various pressing movements, and other landmine exercises. The pair is compatible with select Titan landmine attachments and stands.
