Elite Series Power Rack Outrigger Arms
These Elite Series Power Rack Outrigger Arms are designed to add band-based concentric training and resistance anchoring to compatible Elite Series power racks.
Inspired by Cal Dietz’s 3-phase Triphasic Training System, the outrigger arms are designed for the concentric, third phase of the system. They mount to the top of a compatible Elite Series power rack and provide attachment points for resistance bands.
The arms can be used for band-accelerated overspeed plyometric jumps. They are also suitable as anchor points for bands and straps, providing additional options for resistance training movements.
The set includes two outrigger bar attachments constructed from heavy-duty steel. Mounting hardware is included for installation on compatible Elite Series power racks.
Each outrigger arm measures 45.75 inches in overall depth and has a 4.5-inch hook opening. The pair has a stated weight capacity of 800 LB, while each arm weighs 17 LB.
