20-Inch Olympic Dumbbell Handles – Pair
The 20-Inch Olympic Dumbbell Handles Pair lets you build adjustable dumbbells using compatible Olympic-sized weight plates, providing a space-saving alternative to fixed dumbbells.
Each handle measures 20 inches long and features 6.5-inch loadable sleeves, allowing you to customise the weight for different strength-training exercises. The supplier states a maximum capacity of 400 lb per handle.
The 28mm shaft has 5.75 inches of medium diamond-textured knurling for a textured grip. Bronze bushings inside the sleeves allow rotation, while the chrome finish provides a clean, polished appearance.
Made from steel, these handles feature snap-ring end caps and are sold as a pair. Collars are not included, so ensure you have compatible collars to secure your plates.
