Youth 3-In-1 Heavy Foam Plyo Box – 12″ x 14″ x 16″

3-in-1 Heavy Foam Plyometric Box

The 3-in-1 Heavy Foam Plyometric Box provides three training heights in one
youth-focused design, allowing athletes to adjust the challenge of step-ups,
plyometric movements and other bodyweight exercises.

The box offers 12″, 14″, and 16″ height options and is made
from high-density firm foam with a durable textured vinyl cover. The soft foam
construction provides a different training surface from traditional wooden
plyometric boxes.

Its three-in-one design allows you to rotate the box to change the training
height. The box requires no assembly and is designed for youth
athletes weighing up to 120 LB.

Use the box for step-ups, push-ups, dips, foot switches, lateral movements and
other bodyweight exercises. For safety, always land on the center of the box.
This product is not recommended for use on slick or slippery floors.

Suitable for home gyms, youth training areas, conditioning work, strength
