4-Way Neck Machine
The 4-Way Neck Machine provides plate-loaded resistance for targeted neck training from multiple directions, with an adjustable seat and padded resistance arm.
Designed to train the neck forward, backward and side-to-side, the machine uses a padded resistance arm that pivots on precision flange bearings for controlled movement. A removable locking pin allows the resistance arm to be secured in position for directional training.
The height-adjustable seat provides multiple positioning options, while integrated grip handles help provide stability during training. The machine accepts Olympic weight plates and includes two additional weight posts for storage.
Constructed from 2″ 11-gauge steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish and vinyl padding, the machine supports up to 175 LB of loaded resistance.
