6-Foot Heavy-Duty Chains – 3/4 Inch
The 6-Foot Heavy-Duty Chains provide accommodating resistance for barbell exercises such as squats, bench presses and deadlifts.
This set includes two heavy chains, each measuring 6 feet long and 3/4 inch in diameter. Each chain weighs 27 lb, providing a combined chain weight of 54 lb per pair.
When used with a suitable connector chain, the heavy chains can be suspended from a barbell. As the bar rises during a lift, more chain is lifted from the floor, progressively increasing the resistance toward the top of the movement.
Two carabiners are included. The supplier recommends using connector chains to create the appropriate low-hanging setup; connector chains are not listed as included in this set.
