6-Foot Heavy-Duty Chains
The 6-Foot Heavy-Duty Chains provide accommodating resistance for barbell exercises such as back squats, bench presses and deadlifts.
This kit includes a pair of 6-foot, 5/8-inch heavy chains, with each chain weighing 20 lb. The chains can be connected to a barbell using connector chains to create a low-hanging setup.
As the barbell moves through the lift, more chain is lifted from the floor, progressively increasing the resistance toward the upper portion of the movement.
The set includes two heavy chains and two carabiners for connecting the chains to compatible connector chains. A connector chain is recommended for use with this heavy chain set.
