The Adjustable Depth Wall-Mounted Pull-Up Bar provides a versatile training
station for pull-ups, chin-ups, gymnastic rings and upper-body strength work,
with two mounting-depth options to suit different spaces.

Built from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, the bar features a
32mm powder-coated grip bar and supports up to
400 LB. Choose a 14-inch or 22-inch wall depth depending on
the available space and clearance required for your training.

The bar can be installed on wood studs or concrete walls, with mounting hardware
included. It is compatible with standard 16-inch stud spacing and setups up to
50 inches apart, making it suitable for a dedicated wall-mounted station or
multiple-bar configurations.

The wall-mounted design provides an efficient way to add pull-up and chin-up
training without requiring a full power rack or freestanding rig.
