Adjustable Plyometric Box
The Adjustable Plyometric Box is designed for plyometric and bodyweight training,
with four height settings that allow you to progressively adjust the challenge of
your workouts.
Choose between 12″, 16″, 20″, and 24″ height settings for
exercises such as box jumps, step-ups, plyometric push-ups, dips and other
conditioning movements. The adjustable design allows you to change the training
height as your workouts progress.
Built from heavy-duty steel, the box features a secure locking mechanism and a
non-slip rubber grip platform. Rubber feet provide secure contact with the floor
during training.
With a 300 LB weight capacity, this plyometric box is suitable
for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and organized
fitness spaces.
