Angled Multi-Grip Barbell
The Angled Multi-Grip Barbell features four sets of angled neutral-grip handles, giving lifters multiple hand positions for strength exercises such as presses, rows and curls.
The grip sets are angled at approximately 30 degrees and spaced roughly 2.5 inches apart. The closer and wider grip positions offer different hand placements for a range of upper-body exercises.
Each grip features medium-texture knurling and a single knurl mark to help identify the centre of the grip. The updated frame design is intended to make racking easier on compatible power racks.
Built from steel with a powder-coated black finish, the bar has a stated weight capacity of 1,000 lb. Its 48mm sleeves are designed for Olympic-sized weight plates. Note that standard spring collars are not compatible with these sleeves, according to the supplier.
