Bicep & Tricep Machine

The Bicep & Tricep Machine combines dedicated arm-training movements in one plate-loaded unit, with adjustable positioning for curls and triceps exercises.

The machine includes a V-bar handle and handlebars for a variety of arm exercises, including bicep curls, preacher curls, tricep extensions and pushdowns. The sundial-style pin-locking system allows the range of motion to be adjusted for different exercises.

The 10-inch Olympic-compatible weight sleeves support up to 220 LB of loadable resistance. The adjustable seat can be positioned between 16.5 and 21 inches using the pop-pin adjustment system.

A premium vinyl padded seat and rubber grip provide contact and grip points during training. The frame is constructed from steel with a powder-coated black finish, and the bolt-together design allows for assembly of the machine.

Adjustable Arm Training

The sundial adjustment system provides multiple range-of-motion positions, allowing the machine to be configured for different bicep and tricep exercises. The adjustable seat further allows the training position to be changed for different users.

Plate-Loaded Design

The machine uses 49mm weight sleeves with a 10-inch loadable length and is designed for Olympic weight plates. It has a stated weight capacity of 220 LB and a user weight capacity of 300 LB.
