Build pulling strength and grip control with the Birch Wood Pegboard Climbing Board, designed for climbing, traversing and bodyweight training.
Crafted from 1.5-inch birch wood, this wall-mounted pegboard features 17 staggered holes and includes two easy-grip wooden pegs. The board can be installed vertically for up-and-down climbing, dead hangs and pull-ups, or horizontally for traversing.
The pegboard can be installed as a single training board or combined with additional boards to create a larger pegboard climbing wall. Four pre-drilled mounting holes are provided for installation, with concrete mounting hardware and anchors included.
With its wall-mounted design, the Birch Wood Pegboard Climbing Board is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning areas, strength training and organized fitness spaces.
