The Cable Crossover Machine provides a versatile cable training setup for upper-body and core exercises, with high and low pulley positions and independent resistance on each side.

Reinforced cables and fiberglass-reinforced pulleys provide smooth cable movement for controlled strength and endurance training. The 2:1 cable ratio allows you to work with different resistance levels, with 20 LB loaded on the weight post producing 10 LB of cable resistance.

With approximately 3 FT of working space on each side, the machine provides room for cable exercises including lat work, rows, pulldowns and other movements. Dual D-handle straps are included, while a range of compatible handle attachments is available separately.

Four 9.75″ Olympic plate sleeves provide customizable resistance, with a stated weight capacity of 220 LB per side. For best use, weight should be distributed evenly across the posts to help avoid unnecessary friction on the weight bracket.

Designed with an 83.5″ overall height and 80.5″ clearance height, the machine is intended for rooms with an 8 FT ceiling. Rubber feet provide additional stability, while the frame can be positioned against a wall when not in use.
