Ceiling Mount for Gymnastic Rings & Pull-Up Bar
Create a dedicated pull-up or gymnastic ring training station without needing a
power rack or rig. This ceiling-mounted design helps save floor space while
providing a fixed mounting point for compatible training equipment.
The mount features 50mm hole spacing and is designed to span
multiple joists for installation. Straps can be attached and adjusted between
12 and 26 inches apart, allowing the setup to be configured for
different training exercises.
With a stated 500 LB weight capacity, the mount is designed for
