Deadlift Pulling Blocks
The Deadlift Pulling Blocks keep your barbell elevated between sets, allowing for faster plate changes while providing four adjustable height positions for different training setups.
Each block features an inverted T-shaped design with adjustable barbell heights from 13 to 17.5 inches. The 51mm barbell sleeve includes a locking knob to help secure the block in position during training.
Designed for deadlifts, Olympic lifts and floor presses, these compact pulling blocks add only 2 inches of sleeve space. The pair weighs 25 LB in total, with each individual block weighing 12.5 LB.
The Deadlift Pulling Blocks are designed for controlled lifting and are not intended for dropping. Lower the barbell under control after each lift.
