Economy H-PND Reverse Hyper

The Economy H-PND provides a dedicated setup for reverse hyperextension exercises, with adjustable handles, Olympic plate loading and a compact steel frame.

Designed for posterior-chain training, the machine provides a platform for reverse hyperextension movements while supporting a range of lower-body and back-focused exercises. The included hyper strap connects to the loadable system, while the cross brace provides an additional configuration option for training.

The handles adjust through eight positions in 2-inch increments, allowing the setup to be adjusted for different users. Non-slip steps and rubber feet provide defined contact points, while the ergonomic pad and handle grips provide support during exercises.

The Economy H-PND uses a 10-inch loadable sleeve with a 49mm diameter for Olympic weight plates. It has a 550 LB loadable weight capacity and a 300 LB user weight capacity. Two spring collars and the required hardware are included.

Adjustable Reverse Hyper Setup

Eight handle positions provide adjustment in 2-inch increments, allowing the user to configure the machine according to their preferred setup. The included hyper strap provides the connection point for reverse hyperextension movements.

Compact Plate-Loaded Design

Constructed from steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish, the Economy H-PND measures 44.5 inches high, 39 inches wide and 55 inches deep. Rubber feet help protect the flooring underneath the machine.
