EZ Load Hex Bar
The EZ Load Hex Bar is a specialty trap bar designed for deadlifts, farmer’s walks, bent-over rows, shrugs and other strength-training exercises.
Its elevated weight sleeves sit approximately 10 inches above the ground, allowing plates to be loaded without placing the sleeves directly on the floor. Built-in steel feet support the bar when it is set down.
The bar features three rotating, knurled handle options with diameters of 1 inch, 1.5 inches and 2 inches. Medium diamond-textured knurling provides a textured gripping surface, while the neutral grip layout offers an alternative to a straight barbell grip.
Constructed from 2-inch steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish, the EZ Load Hex Bar has a stated weight capacity of 500 lb and is compatible with Olympic-sized weight plates.
Important: This bar is not designed to be dropped. Lower it to the ground carefully after use.
