Front Squat Harness
The Front Squat Harness is designed to provide a more comfortable setup for front squat training while reducing the need to support the bar with your wrists and arms.
Built with a heavy-duty steel frame and thick padded shoulder supports, the harness helps distribute the bar’s load across the upper body during front squat movements. Its adjustable width allows the harness to be fitted for a secure and locked-in position.
Two sets of 4-inch barbell notches provide positioning options for the barbell. The higher notch setting incorporates a safety feature designed to help prevent the bar from rolling backward toward the neck.
With a 325 LB weight capacity and powder-coated black steel frame, the Front Squat Harness is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms and dedicated strength-training environments.
