strength training, with a 28mm ring thickness and adjustable 16 FT nylon straps.
Made from natural wood, the rings have a smooth feel with a non-slip surface
designed for use with or without chalk. The 28mm ring thickness follows the
standard size specified for gymnastics rings and is suitable for movements such
as ring dips, pull-ups and ring rows.
The included 16 FT nylon straps provide a wide range of hanging heights, while
