Hack Squat Machine

The Hack Squat Machine provides a guided squat path with a 35-degree carriage angle, adjustable backrest and plate-loaded resistance for dedicated lower-body training.

Steel guide rods and linear bearings guide the carriage through the squat movement, while the large diamond-plated footplate provides a dedicated surface for foot placement. The machine supports multiple stance options and can also be used for standing calf raises.

Dual 9.75-inch Olympic weight sleeves accommodate standard 2-inch Olympic plates, with a stated carriage capacity of 700 LB. Flip-in/out racking handles allow the carriage to be secured and released from the machine.

The adjustable backrest allows the training position to be configured for different users, while the dual-layer high-density padding provides support at the back and seat. The bolt-together steel frame is designed for assembly and installation.

The machine includes adjustable start and stop positions, allowing the carriage range to be configured for different training preferences. The 35-degree carriage angle provides a fixed guided path during the squat movement.

Plate-Loaded Hack Squat Design

The Hack Squat Machine uses 50mm weight sleeves with a 9.75-inch loadable length and supports up to 700 LB on the carriage. A large footplate and adjustable backrest provide the primary contact points during training.
