High-Low Push-Pull Sled

The High-Low Push-Pull Sled is designed for speed, strength and conditioning
training with adjustable high and low push-pull positions for different training
stances and movements.

The sled features two high push-pole attachments and a single
low-bar attachment, providing multiple positions for pushing and pulling. The
high handles provide an upright training position, while the lower attachment
provides a different stance for resisted training.

Dual Olympic weight plate horns allow you to load the sled with compatible plates.
The heavy-duty steel frame includes bolt-on steel feet, and the sled can be used
on grass, turf, concrete or asphalt.

The sled breaks down for easier transport between training spaces. Optional UHMW
plastic ski liners are available separately for additional surface protection.

Loading note: Weights should only be loaded onto the plate
sleeves. Always load the sled from the rear first and do not make the front
heavier than the rear.

Suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and
organized fitness spaces.
