The Hip Abductor & Adductor Machine provides dedicated seated training for the inner and outer thigh muscles, with adjustable positioning, dual foot positions and plate-loaded resistance.

The machine uses adjustable thigh pads that can be positioned for both abduction and adduction exercises. For abductor training, the pads can be positioned against the outer knees so the legs press outward. For adductor training, the leg position is reversed so the legs press inward against the pads.

An adjustable seat provides a seat length range of 12 to 16 inches, while the backrest and HeftyGrip Vinyl seat provide support during training. A rubber-grip handle provides an additional point of stability during the exercise.

The plate-loaded system uses a 10-inch weight sleeve with a 49mm diameter and has a stated weight capacity of 250 LB. A counterbalance weight post is included, and the machine can also be bolted down for installation.

Abductor & Adductor Training

The machine provides two primary leg-training positions from a seated setup. The adjustable thigh-pad system allows the machine to be configured for outward pressing movements or inward pressing movements.

Adjustable Seated Design

The seat adjusts from 12 to 16 inches in length, while the machine’s gear system provides gradual adjustment of the thigh-pad positioning. The supplied specifications list a maximum legs-extended position of 180 degrees.
