The Loadable Thor Hammer is a specialty conditioning tool featuring a steel loadable head, long knurled handle and rounded grip knob for a range of strength and conditioning exercises.

The hammer features a steel core head with a flat base and a 14-inch textured handle. The handle has a full knurled surface and a rounded end designed to provide a dedicated gripping area during training.

The loadable head can be filled with sand to increase the hammer’s training weight. A steel cap is secured with Phillips head screws, allowing access to the internal fill area. The hammer can also be used empty with its 5 lb base weight.

Suitable movements include front holds, swings, deadlifts, squats and snatches, along with various pressing and rotational conditioning exercises.
