Low Bar Push Pull Drag Sled with Harness
The Low Bar Push Pull Drag Sled provides a versatile platform for resisted pushing and pulling exercises, with a deluxe harness for sled drags and an Olympic plate loading system.
The low-bar design provides a lower pushing position, while the large-radius handle offers multiple grip locations. The sled can be used for forward and backward drags as well as pushing movements across suitable surfaces such as grass and turf.
A deluxe harness, leash and carabiners are included for sled dragging. The sled is compatible with Olympic-sized weight plates and features an 8-inch weight sleeve with a 50mm diameter.
The Low Bar Push Pull Drag Sled also includes a Weight Plate Rubber Spacer, providing compatibility with the specified spacer accessory. Its powder-coated black finish and compact platform make it suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and organized fitness spaces.
