The Mini Farmer’s Walk Handles provide a compact alternative to full-size farmer’s walk handles, making them easy to store, transport and use for loaded carry and strength training.

Designed for loaded carries, suitcase walks, deadlifts, shrugs, rows and other functional strength movements, these compact handles provide a convenient setup for grip and conditioning work without taking up the space of full-size handles.

Each handle features a 10-inch loadable sleeve with a 50mm diameter for Olympic-sized bumper and steel plates. The flat-back design makes loading and unloading straightforward, while the 30mm grip provides a comfortable hand position during training.

Made from powder-coated steel, the pair has a stated total load capacity of 600 LB. Their compact design also makes them suitable for storing away or carrying in a gym bag for training outside the gym.
