Multi-Grip Barbell
The Multi-Grip Barbell features three sets of grip positions, offering different hand placements for strength exercises such as presses, rows and curls.
The bar has one set of angled grips positioned at 30 degrees and spaced 10 inches apart, plus two sets of neutral grips spaced 20 inches and 29 inches apart. These options allow you to change your hand position for different exercises and training preferences.
The handles feature medium-texture knurling and a single knurl mark on each grip to help identify the centre. Its updated frame is designed for easier racking on compatible power racks.
Constructed from steel with a powder-coated black finish, the bar has a stated weight capacity of 1,000 lb and is designed for Olympic-sized weight plates.
Important: The supplier states that standard spring collars do not fit the 48mm weight sleeves. Confirm collar compatibility before use.
