The Multi-Grip Landmine Attachment adds three grip positions to landmine training, providing multiple hand placements for shoulder, triceps and upper-body exercises.
Designed for 2-inch Olympic barbells, the attachment features comfortable 28mm grips and handle spacing of 9.5 inches and 23 inches. The multi-grip design provides different hand positions for varied landmine movements.
The slide-over design allows for quick installation onto a compatible Olympic barbell. A threaded stop pin helps keep the barbell securely positioned during training, while the attachment’s installation design helps reduce wear on the barbell.
With a 680 LB weight capacity and powder-coated black finish, the Multi-Grip Landmine Attachment is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms and dedicated strength-training environments.
