Description
Nemesis 300 LB Single Stack Functional Trainer
The Nemesis 300 LB Single Stack Functional Trainer combines a 300 lb weight stack with two independent pivoting arms and adjustable cable trolleys for versatile cable training.
Each arm pivots independently from 30 to 165 degrees and features eight locking positions. The two arms are mounted on separate trolleys, allowing the cable positions and arm angles to be adjusted for different training movements.
Each column provides 18 adjustable cable positions in 3-inch increments, with 54 inches of vertical trolley travel. Quick-adjust pull-pins and numbered weight-stack markings allow for convenient adjustments between exercises.
The cables can be used independently with a 4:1 pulley ratio or connected for a 2:1 ratio. The machine includes a long bar, short bar, waist strap, ankle strap, dual D-handle straps and stainless steel carabiners.
Dual Pivoting Arms
The independent arms provide adjustable positioning across a 30- to 165-degree range, while the separate trolleys allow each cable to be positioned independently. Chrome knurled trolley handles provide a dedicated gripping surface for adjustments.
Included Accessories
The Nemesis includes the essential cable-training accessories needed to get started, including a long bar, short bar, waist strap, ankle strap, dual D-handle straps and stainless steel carabiners. Six hooks provide storage for accessories when not in use.
