Parallel Landmine Handle
The Parallel Landmine Handle adds a neutral-grip option to landmine rows,
presses, pulls, rotational drills and other compound movements, with 50mm
fat-grip handles for a more demanding grip position.
The parallel handle design provides a consistent hand position during landmine
exercises, while the 50mm fat-grip handles increase the grip
diameter compared with standard handles.
Built from heavy-duty steel, the handle features a slide-over design for quick
installation onto compatible Olympic barbell sleeves. Its seamless tube is
designed to help prevent wear and scratching on the barbell during use.
With a 7.5-inch handle spacing and 10.375-inch grip length,
the Parallel Landmine Handle provides a dedicated setup for a variety of
landmine training movements.
Suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and
organized fitness spaces.
