The Performance Series Adjustable Bench is designed for versatile strength training, with flat, incline and upright positions for a variety of dumbbell and other compatible exercises. Its seven back pad positions and three seat pad angles allow lifters to adjust their setup to suit different movements.
Built with 3-inch, 11-gauge steel, the bench features HeftyGrip vinyl upholstery, laser-cut adjustment numbers and a knurled front handle. Rear wheels help with repositioning, while the design allows the bench to be stored upright when not in use.
