The Plate-Loaded Chest Press Machine combines an adjustable FID bench with independent press arms, providing multiple pressing positions in one plate-loaded strength machine.

The Flat, Incline and Decline bench design provides multiple pressing angles for different chest-training setups. The bench features 13 depth positions, while the lifting arms provide five adjustment positions for customizing the starting position.

Independent press arms allow each side to move separately, while the natural arc of the lifting arms provides a guided pressing movement. Oversized handles provide a secure grip during pressing exercises.

The machine accepts Olympic weight plates through its 49mm weight posts and has a stated weight capacity of 1,000 LB. Built-in safety stops are included as part of the lifting-arm design.

The open frame design provides space around the bench and lifting arms, while the bench can be stored on top of the frame when not in use. The frame is constructed from steel and finished in powder-coated black.
