Plate-Loaded Fly Machine

The Plate-Loaded Fly Machine provides dedicated chest and rear-delt training with independent or simultaneous arm movement, adjustable positioning and dual Olympic weight plate sleeves.

Dual overhead cams allow the arms to be used independently or together, providing options for unilateral and bilateral training. The swivel handles rotate through a full 360° range of motion, while the independent range-of-motion adjustments allow the machine to be configured for different exercise positions.

The machine features two handle positions for different movements. The lower handle is designed for chest-focused exercises, while the upper handle is positioned for posterior-delt and shoulder exercises.

An adjustable bottom seat accommodates different user positions, while the thick seat and back pads use HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. Dual 49mm Olympic-compatible weight sleeves allow plates to be loaded onto the machine for resistance training.

Chest & Rear-Delt Training

The Plate-Loaded Fly Machine combines chest and posterior-delt exercise options in a compact free-standing design. Adjustable arm movement and swiveling handles provide multiple positioning options for training.

Compact Plate-Loaded Design

Constructed from 2″ × 2″, 12-gauge steel tubing, the machine has a 28-inch-wide footprint and a 300 LB maximum weight capacity. Rubber feet with bolt-down holes provide additional installation options.
