Plate-Loaded Kickback Glute Machine
The Plate-Loaded Kickback Glute Machine provides a dedicated setup for plate-loaded glute training, with a compact frame, adjustable grip positions and a stable footplate.
The machine uses dual Olympic weight sleeves with a total weight capacity of 330 LB, allowing you to adjust resistance for different training requirements. Two spring clips are included to secure the loaded plates.
A large diamond-plated footplate provides a textured surface for foot placement, while the multi-grip handlebars offer different hand positions during training. High-density contour foam padding is provided across the chest, knee and arm areas.
The bolt-together frame is constructed from 2″ × 2″ steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish. UHMW components are integrated into the lever arm to provide shock absorption during movement.
With a 330 LB weight capacity and 165 LB product weight, this machine is suitable for serious strength training in home gyms, studios and commercial fitness spaces.
