Plate-Loaded Seated Row Machine

The Plate-Loaded Seated Row Machine provides a stable seated setup for back-focused rowing exercises, with adjustable grips, seat height and chest pad positioning.

The machine features two grip styles with adjustable widths, allowing you to choose between vertical and horizontal hand positions. The vertical handles adjust from 9.5 to 17.5 inches wide, while the horizontal handles adjust from 15 to 23 inches.

An adjustable seat provides six height settings between 17 and 22.5 inches, while the chest pad offers five adjustable angle positions. Padded foot braces provide support during rowing movements.

The plate-loaded design uses Olympic-compatible weight sleeves with a 50mm diameter and a 9.75-inch loadable sleeve length. The machine has a stated loadable weight capacity of 220 LB and a user weight capacity of 300 LB.

Adjustable Rowing Positions

The adjustable vertical and horizontal grip widths provide different hand positions for seated row exercises. The adjustable seat and chest pad allow the training position to be configured to suit different users.

Stable Plate-Loaded Design

The frame uses 2″ × 2″ steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish. Non-slip rubber feet provide contact with the floor, while bolt-down holes allow the machine to be anchored to suitable concrete surfaces.
