The Plate-Loaded T-Bar Row Machine provides a dedicated setup for T-bar rowing without requiring a separate landmine attachment or barbell.
The machine features both vertical and horizontal adjustable handles, allowing you to change your grip and training position. A pop-pin adjustment system makes it easy to set the handle height for different users and training preferences.
Designed for back and rear shoulder training, the machine provides a stable platform for pulling movements. The two diamond-textured footplates provide dedicated foot placement and a non-slip surface during training.
