Power Drag Sled
The Power Drag Sled is designed for speed work, conditioning and loaded drag training across a range of training surfaces.
Load Olympic-sized weight plates onto the 16.5-inch weight sleeve and use the included 14.5 FT leash to perform forward and backward drags. Forward drags can be used as part of posterior-chain and acceleration-focused training, while backward drags provide a different loading pattern for lower-body strength and endurance work.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a powder-coated black finish, the sled is designed for use on grass, carpet and concrete. Its 500 LB weight capacity makes it suitable for a range of strength and conditioning sessions at home, in garage gyms or on the field and track.
The included leash features a carabiner for connecting the sled, while little assembly is required before training.
