Pull-Up and Dip Machine
The Pull-Up and Dip Machine is a plate-loaded specialty machine designed to provide assisted resistance for pull-ups, chin-ups and dips.
The machine uses a foldable knee pad to provide assisted training, helping users perform pull-ups and dips with reduced effective resistance. The knee pad can also be flipped up when you want to perform unassisted repetitions.
The Pull-Up Station features multiple grip positions, including inside and outside neutral-grip handles. Different grip positions allow you to vary your upper-body training, while the integrated Dip Station provides a dedicated setup for dip exercises.
Multiple step-up heights and integrated grips provide different entry and exit options. Linear bearing nylon rollers and pulleys are designed to provide smooth movement through the machine’s assisted-training system.
With its 50mm weight sleeve, steel construction and powder-coated black finish, the Pull-Up and Dip Machine is suited to strength-training environments including home gyms, studios and commercial fitness spaces.
