Rackable Cambered Bar
The Rackable Cambered Bar is a specialty Olympic barbell designed with an 18-inch cambered drop that positions the weight plates below the hands during training.
The lower position of the weight sleeves changes the bar’s loading position compared with a traditional straight barbell, creating a different training stimulus for exercises such as squats, box squats, bench presses, good mornings, curls and lying rows.
The bar is rackable on standard power racks, squat stands and wall-mount rigs. Its fully welded solid steel construction features a powder-coated finish, while the 18-inch drop helps position the load lower relative to the hands.
Specialty Barbell Design
With an 88-inch overall length and 1,000 lb weight capacity, the Rackable Cambered Bar is designed for strength-training setups using Olympic-sized weight plates. The cambered profile can also provide additional range of motion in selected exercises.
