Roman Chair Back Extension
The Roman Chair Back Extension provides an adjustable platform for core and back extension exercises, with a Y-frame base, padded torso support and large footplate.
The adjustable torso pad can be positioned between 34″ and 43″, allowing the machine to accommodate different users and training setups. Dual handlebars provide additional hand support during exercises.
The large diamond-textured footplate provides a defined surface for foot placement, while the Y-frame base provides a stable foundation during training.
The bench can be used for core-focused movements and back extension exercises by changing your position on the machine. The torso pad features soft vinyl padding for contact and support during training.
