Seated Ab / Back Extension Machine
The Seated Ab / Back Extension Machine combines abdominal and back extension exercises in one plate-loaded machine, with adjustable positioning for different users and training setups.
Designed for both ab crunches and back extensions, the machine uses Olympic plate-loaded resistance with a loadable capacity of 220 LB. A rotary flywheel mechanism provides controlled movement while allowing the starting position to be adjusted.
The seat offers three height positions, while the foot anchor provides four adjustable positions. Pop-pin adjustments make it possible to change the setup between exercises, and the weight post can be repositioned for the different training configurations.
A 5″ diameter weight roller, ergonomic grip handles and padded seat and rollers provide the main contact points during training. A counter-balance weight post can also be used, while the rubber feet provide floor contact and the frame can be bolted down for a more permanent installation.
The machine features an 11-gauge steel frame with a powder-coated black finish. A spring collar is included for securing Olympic weight plates, and the machine has a 300 LB user weight capacity.
