Single Handle Landmine Press – 33mm Grip

The Single Handle Landmine Press with a 33mm grip adds a compact neutral-grip option to landmine training for presses, rows, curls and other upper-body exercises.

Designed with a slimmer 33mm rubber grip, this individual handle provides a neutral hand position during landmine exercises. It can be used for landmine presses, rows, overhead presses, upright rows, curls and other compatible movements.

The handle attaches to a standard 50mm Olympic barbell sleeve using a slide-over design. A threaded stop pin secures the handle to the sleeve during training, while the seamless tube design is intended to help prevent wear and scratching on the barbell.

Constructed with an 11-gauge steel base and rubber handle, the attachment features a powder-coated black finish and weighs 5 LB. It is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and organized fitness spaces.
