Single Handle Landmine Press
The Single Handle Landmine Press adds a neutral-grip option to landmine training, providing a versatile attachment for presses, rows, curls and other barbell-based exercises.
The individual handle features a 48.25mm rubber grip and is designed to provide a neutral hand position during landmine exercises. Its compact design makes it suitable for a range of upper-body training movements, including landmine presses, rows, overhead presses, upright rows and curls.
The handle attaches to a standard 50mm Olympic barbell sleeve using a slide-over design. A threaded stop pin secures the handle in position during training, while the seamless tube design is intended to help prevent wear and scratching on the barbell.
Constructed with an 11-gauge steel base and rubber handle, the Single Handle Landmine Press features a powder-coated black finish and weighs 5 LB. It is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and organized fitness spaces.
