Description
Sissy Squat Machine
The Sissy Squat Machine, also known as a Matrix Squat, provides a compact setup for bodyweight lower-body training with adjustable positioning for different users.
The machine can be used for sissy squats and other lower-body exercises, with resistance added through equipment such as kettlebells or resistance bands. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for home gyms and dedicated training spaces.
An adjustable calf pad provides five positions between 16″ and 20″, while the foot rollers offer four adjustment positions between 5″ and 8″. These adjustments allow the machine to be configured for different users and training positions.
The diamond-plated footplate provides a textured surface underfoot, while the upgraded HeftyGrip Vinyl padding covers the calf support. The frame is constructed from 11-gauge steel with a powder-coated black finish.
With a 300 LB weight capacity and a 40 LB product weight, the Sissy Squat Machine provides a compact addition to lower-body training setups.
