Smith Machine

The Smith Machine provides a guided barbell training system with a fixed knurled bar, linear bearings, adjustable safety catches and a counterbalance system for controlled strength training.

The guided bar travels along a fixed track using a linear bearing design. The bar can be racked and unracked by rotating it, while two adjustable safety catches provide selectable stopping positions. Two J-hook plates offer eight drop positions for additional setup options.

The machine features a 600 LB weight capacity and a 12.5-inch loadable Olympic-sized barbell sleeve on each side. Eight additional Olympic-sized weight storage posts provide dedicated storage for weight plates, while four resistance band pegs add another training option.

A multi-grip pull-up bar is integrated into the frame, and the machine can be paired with a bench for exercises such as bench presses and other seated or lying movements. Rubber pads on the feet provide contact between the machine and the floor.

Guided Barbell Training

The fixed barbell has a 30mm shaft diameter, a 49mm sleeve diameter and no center knurl. The counterbalance system works with the guided bar assembly, while the adjustable safety catches provide additional positioning options.

Integrated Storage & Training Features

Eight Olympic-sized weight storage posts keep additional plates accessible on the machine. Four resistance band pegs and a multi-grip pull-up bar expand the available training options without requiring separate equipment.
