Squat Wedges
Squat Wedges are designed to elevate the heels during squats and other lower-body movements, helping you work through a greater range of motion and emphasize the quadriceps.
Choose between a single 20.5″ wide platform or a pair of 8.5″ wide platforms. The single platform provides an open stance and allows you to adjust foot placement, while the pair can be used for movements such as split squats, lunges and step-ups.
Three incline options are available: 15°, 22.5° and 30°. A lower incline can be used when you want to improve squat depth while retaining more posterior-chain involvement, while higher inclines provide a progressively greater emphasis on the quadriceps.
The wedges feature durable steel construction and a slip-resistant surface for a secure training platform. The 22.5° and 30° versions also feature an integrated carry handle for easier transport.
With a 600 LB weight capacity, these squat wedges are suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning, strength training and organized fitness spaces.
