Adjustable Weighted Vest
The Adjustable Weighted Vest adds external resistance to walking, running, strength training, bodyweight exercises and conditioning workouts.
The vest features evenly distributed Velcro pockets on the front and back, allowing the included 2.5 LB cast iron ingots to be added or removed to adjust the training load. Additional 2.5 LB ingots are also available for further weight adjustment.
Constructed from wear-resistant 1050D Nylon Cordura, the vest features a foam and rubber-filled interior with additional padding around the shoulders and chest. An ergonomic U-shaped neckline and spacious shoulder cutouts provide room for movement during training.
Adjustable Velcro straps help secure the vest, while strong D-rings provide anchor points for compatible parachutes and running sleds, allowing the vest to be incorporated into different conditioning setups.
The vest includes 8 cast iron ingots weighing 2.5 LB each. The supplied specifications list capacity for up to 16 ingots, providing room for additional weights.
