T Bar Row Platform
The T Bar Row Platform creates a dedicated landmine rowing station while using
approximately half the footprint of a traditional rowing setup. Pair it with a
standard barbell and a rack-mounted landmine to perform upper-body rowing
exercises.
Its elevated and angled design allows you to perform landmine rows from a
deficit position. The two spacious diamond-plated footplates
position your feet at an angle that follows the path of the barbell during
landmine rows.
A protective UHMW strip at the front center of the platform
helps prevent the barbell from contacting the platform’s steel components during
training.
The platform features a robust steel construction with a stable base and
non-slip rubber feet designed to help keep the platform securely positioned
during workouts.
Suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and
organized fitness spaces.
