Vice Grip Trainer

Vice Grip Trainer

The Vice Grip Trainer is designed for grip and forearm training with both
single- and double-grip training positions. Its 2-in-1 design allows you to
train both hands together or isolate each hand individually.

The double grip trainer allows you to work both hands simultaneously, while the
single grip crusher provides an option for isolated hand training. The different
grip positions allow you to vary the angle and style of your exercises.

The trainer can be loaded with standard Olympic weight plates
through its weight plate sleeve, or used with resistance bands through the
integrated band pegs. This allows you to use plate-loaded resistance, band
resistance, or both.

The weight sleeve supports up to 220 LB and provides an
11-inch loading surface. The Vice Grip Trainer is suitable for grip training,
forearm work, strength training and conditioning.

Note: The color-coded resistance band multi-pack is sold
separately.

Suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning work, strength training and
organized fitness spaces.
